Evidence suggests that Tori Tait and Sarafina Maraschino
first met online and rendered secret negotiations to begin
the band. The two conspirators were joined by Marilyn
Mitchell at 26Mix, Mission Street, San Francisco, and
an agreement was reportedly reached over cocktails. This
date is unconfirmed but is suspected to be sometime in
the Summer, 2002. No witness testimony survives from this
historic meeting. |

| Fellow conspirators suggested
Shawna Love as a natural addition to the trio, who was
subsequently introduced to Sarafina and Marilyn. Speculation
dictates that Shawna and Tori had already been acquainted. |
